ORP TRANSMITTERS AND PREAMPLIFIERS
The PHTX series Preamps
are unity gain preamplifiers which convert the high impedence mV signal
of a pH or ORP electrode to a low impedence signal which can travel 1,000
feet over ordinary wire and connectors. They may be used with pH meters
and controllers (such as the INPCpH) which include high impedence input
circuitry and also with Process Meters and and Controllers such as the
INFCP and INFP. In many applications the PHTX-20 series Preamps will also
extend the useful life of expensive pH electrodes, lowering the output
impedence of an aging electrode allowing it to continue providing a measurable
signal.
